Batch Court Case Filing

Batch filing of new Contract-Unspecified Civil cases is available to attorneys in good standing with the Nebraska Bar Association. A Nebraska.gov subscription is required. There is no cost for this service. Nebraska.gov will provide a DTD with the necessary XML file layout. Files are sent using FTP.

 

Corporate Filing Batch Reports

Receive a monthly, bi-monthly or weekly batch of records of corporate filings, filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State. File delivery is accomplished via FTP.

Cost:  $800 for monthly, $500 for bi-monthly, $300 for weekly

 

Corporate Filing Specialized Search Report

Specify criteria for a search of the Nebraska Secretary of State Corporate Database and receive a file of all matching records. Information includes: Type of entity (Nonprofit, LLC, etc.), company name, officer name and principle office address (no phone numbers)

Cost: $15.00 per 1000 records

UCC Image Batches

Receive a monthly batch of PDF Images of UCC documents filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State. File delivery is accomplished via FTP.

Cost: $800 per month

UCC Filing Batches

Receive a monthly, bi-monthly or weekly batch of records of UCC filings, filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State.  File delivery is accomplished via FTP.

Cost: $800 for monthly, $500 for bi-monthly, $300 for weekly

Title, Lien & Registration Specialized Search Report

Request vehicle data on a recurring basis. File delivery is accomplished via FTP.

Cost: $50 run fee for 1st 2000 records, then $18 for each additional 1000 records.

 

Driver License Monitoring

Monitor driver’s license records for changes on a monthly basis. This is a batch service and requires the user to be bulk batch subscriber.

UCC/EFS Specialized Search Report

Specify criteria for a search by Secured Party, or location, of the Nebraska Secretary of State UCC Database and receive a file of all matching records. A Nebraska.gov subscription is required. Information includes: Lien number, date of filing, debtor name, and address.

Cost: $2.00 per record (up to 1000 records) then a flat rate of $2000 (1,001 + records). UCC searches by Debtor Location are $15 per 1,000 records.
