How to Subscribe

Becoming a Nebraska.gov subscriber is easy! Simply Download and complete our Subscriber Agreement form. Once you have completed the form, fax it to us at the following number:

Before gaining access to DMV records, you must sign "Attachment A" in the Subscriber Agreement.

If you DO NOT need access to DMV records, check the box on the first page of the agreement labeled "No, I do not want access to DMV Records," and DO NOT include Attachment A in your Subscriber Agreement information.

You can also mail us your completed Subscriber Agreement via US postal mail.

After receiving your Subscriber Agreement, we will set up your account and mail your new account details to you. If you would like us to call you with your login information, please indicate this in your fax coversheet.

Why become a Nebraska.gov Subscriber?

In order to access certain services offered by the State of Nebraska, a subscription to Nebraska.gov is required. With your annual subscription, you will have the following services at your fingertips:

• Title and Lien Searches $1.00 per record
• Full access to the JUSTICE state-wide court records system $1.00 per record
• Corporate Documents (including document images and Letters of GoodStanding)
• Sales Tax Permits $5.50
• EFS Searches $4.50 per search
• UCC Filings $8.00 per filing
• UCC Searches $4.50 per search
• Health Professional License Monitoring $.01 per license/day ($15 monthly minimum)
