Certified Driver Record Search

This service is available only to County and City Attorneys who obtain a Nebraska.gov subscription. The fees are $3.00 for Certified Records and $4.00 for Transcript records. To sign up, please access the Forms link on this page and fax the Certified Driver Record Search form to 402-471-7817. You will be able to request records in more than one County. The signup form will allow you to designate the County/s you need to request records for. View FAQ's

CORPORATE DOCUMENT eDELIVERY
This service allows you to electronically submit document(s) for filing with the Secretary of State. You will be required to upload the document you wish to file and data enter pertinent information. Customer accounts must be set up on ACH billing in order to accomplish the transfer of funds due to the Secretary of State. FAQ

COURT DOCUMENT eFILING

There are separate requirements to file court records electronically:

There are no additional fees to file a case electronically, other than the normal court-assessed fees for filing cases. Customer accounts for eFilers must be set up on ACH billing in order to accomplish the transfer of funds due to the Courts. User IDs and passwords will be issued to each filing attorney with a valid bar number. View FAQs for eFiling.

COURT CASE PAYMENT MONITORING

For $100/month sign up to receive daily notifications of payments made on civil cases in the County and District courts. Set up a profile by entering the bar numbers of the attorneys for whom you want to track cases. Provide up to 3 email addresses for notifications. Each day there is a payment made on one or more cases where the attorney(s) you are tracking are the attorney(s) of record for one or more parties to the case, an email notification is sent. Use a link in the email to log in and view the payment details, which include:

• Case number
• Party name the payment was applied for
• Amount of Payment
• Payment implement (check, cash, electronic, etc.)

Payment information can be viewed on screen, and/or exported to a csv file.

*Images available @ $0.45/page. Documents larger than 15 pages are not available over the Internet due to traffic considerations. Documents filed prior to 1999, may not be available online. Copies may be requested directly from the Secretary of State's office.

***The rate for UCC/EFS special requests is $2.00 per record (up to 1,000 records), then a flat rate of $2,000 (1,001+ records) thereafter.
